General description

Ribonucleoside Triphosphate Set consists of four separate vials of ATP, CTP, GTP, and UTP. Each vial contains a 100 mM clear, colorless solution of the lithium salt (pH 7).

Application

The Ribonucleoside Triphosphate Set is suitable for use in in vitro-transcription reactions and RNA polymerase-directed DNA sequencing.

Quality

Typical analysis:
≥98% ribonucleoside triphosphates (HPLC), ≤1.5% ribonucleoside diphosphates, ≤0.5% ribonucleoside monophosphates.
Tested for the absence of RNases according to the current Quality Control procedures.

Unit Definition

1 mM ATP = 15.3 A260 units, 1 mM CTP = 9.6 A272 units, 1 mM GTP = 13.7 A252 units, 1 mM UTP = 9.9 A260 units.

Other Notes

For life science research only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. For your convenience, ribonucleotides are also available as single NTPs.
Ribonucleotides are also included in some kits (NTPs, buffer, and enzyme in separate vials).

Plant biology is currently confronted with an overflow of expression profile data provided by high-throughput microarray transcription analyses. However, the tissue and cellular resolution of these techniques is limited. Thus, it is still necessary to examine the expression pattern of
