Application
- Discovery of contaminants with antagonistic activity against retinoic acid receptor in house dust.: This research explores environmental contaminants in house dust that exhibit antagonistic activities against retinoic acid receptors, with analytical methodologies including the use of phosphate standard solutions for quantification and validation (Jia Y et al., 2022).
- Activation of a membrane-associated phosphatidylinositol kinase through tyrosine-protein phosphorylation by naphthoquinones and orthovanadate.: Investigating the biochemical pathways activated by tyrosine phosphorylation, this study utilizes phosphate standards to monitor enzyme activity, offering implications for drug development and molecular biology (Chen YX et al., 1990).
Analysis Note
Concentration β (PO₄³⁻): 990 - 1010 mg/l
Determination method: Alkalimetric titration.
The content of this solution was determined with sodium hydoxide standard solution (article number 1.09141) standardized against volumetric standard potassium hydrogen phthalate (article number 1.02400). The expanded measurement uncertainty is ± 0.4 % (k=2 coverage factor for 95% coverage probability). The certified value is traceable to primary standard NIST SRM 84L (NIST: National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA) by means of volumetric standard potassium hydrogen phthalate, measured in the accredited calibration laboratory of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in accordance to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
