General description
Organic halogen compounds are adsorbed to activated charcoal and subsequently digested after any adhering inorganic halides are washed out. The resultant halide is then determined photometrically.
The adsorption method is analogous to EN ISO 9562.
The Spectroquant® Cell Tests come with prefilled 16 mm round cells and all the required reagents to perform the analysis according to the instruction leaflet provided.
For sample preparation and AOX enrichment it is required to purchase the Spectroquant® AOX Sample Preparation Set 1.00677 as well as the Spectroquant® Enrichment Set 1.00678 together with the Cell Test.
All Spectroquant® Cell and Reagent Test Kits are equipped with the unique Live ID (2D barcode), which allows seamless method recognition and contains essential information such as lot number, expiry date, and automatic calibration updates.
