Instructions for using the LNP Lipid Blend 5:
1) Add 1-mL of ethanol to the vial to achieve 25 mg/mL. Mix well to achieve full dissolution.* 2) Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer.**
3) Use solvent injection to create LNPs. Different parameters and cargo will result in different particle size results.
4) Dialyze the final formulation against buffer of choice to remove residual ethanol. *Note: low heat, sonication, or vortexing can be used as needed **Note: common buffers include citrate, Tris, or PBS
