Amberlite® IR120 is a strong basic anion exchange resin which may be used for the recovery of toxic metals. It may be used in column chromatography. It is required for a ion-exchange resin to swell in the solvent for a higher rate of sorption and to exchange ions.

Application

Amberlite® IR120 Na+ form may be used in separation medium for TLC, paper chromatography and LPLC.
Strongly acidic cation exchange resin for decalicification.
