Gentamicin sulfate USP reference standard, intended for use in specified quality tests and assays as specified in the USP compendia.

生化／生理作用

作用机制：庆大大霉素通过和30S核糖亚基结合，引起密码子误读，阻碍肽酰转移酶从供体位点转移到受体位点。庆大霉素通过它与外膜的结合来发挥它对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌作用，它在外膜上置换天然阳离子，使膜不稳定，并在细胞表面形成孔。

注意

Sterile solutions should be stored at 2-8°C. Solutions have also been shown to be stable at room temperature and in boiling aqueous buffers of pH 2-14².
