对硝基苯磷酸盐(pNPP)液体底物系统将对硝基苯磷酸盐、缓冲液和所需的镁阳离子结合在一起,成为一种便捷的即用型单一溶液试剂。pNPP能够产生可溶性终产物,是碱性磷酸酶免疫测定的理想底物。

應用

在碱性磷酸酶测定中,采用p-对硝基苯基磷酸盐液体底物体系作为测定碱性磷酸酶活性的底物。
碱性磷酸酶的底物,能够产生可在405 nm处读取的可溶性黄色终产物。使用3N NaOH可终止反应并在405 nm处读取结果。推荐用于ELISA(微孔)分析,不建议用于膜应用。

生化/生理作用

4-硝基苯基磷酸二钠盐六水(pNPP)是测定蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶活性的非蛋白质和非特异性底物。pNPP水解后会生成p-硝基酚。它是碱性磷酸酶常见的显色底物。

注意

可在低于0°C的环境中稳定储存至少一年。

These substrate systems produce an insoluble NBT diformazan end product that is blue to purple in color and can be observed visually.
