3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)是过氧化物酶的发色底物,可作免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色技术的染色剂。最终产品具有耐酒精性,因此DAB液体底物系统可以与多种复染剂和封片剂一起使用。DAB液体底物系统提供了产生快速、便捷的DAB底物溶液所需的所有色原体和缓冲液/过氧化物溶液。

應用

3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)四盐酸盐液体底物系统已被用作以下检测的底物:
  • 用于鉴定热休克蛋白(Hsp)在肝中表达变化的免疫印迹试验
  • 免疫染色后切片的可视化
  • 小鼠膝关节切片的免疫组织化学
  • 骆驼视前区kisseptin神经元的免疫标记
它与过氧化物酶反应产生的棕色沉淀可用于免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色过程。 不建议用于ELISA(微孔)检测。

注意

可在2-8℃下稳定保存至少一年。

Nitroblue Tetrazolium (NBT) is used with the alkaline phosphatase substrate 5-Bromo- 4-Chloro-3-Indolyl Phosphate (BCIP) in western blotting and immunohistological staining procedures. These substrate systems produce an insoluble NBT diformazan end product that is blue to purple in color and can be observed visually.
