生化/生理作用

核酸酶S7是一种核酸内切酶,主要切割单链底物。它还切割双链DNA或RNA。它切割RNA和DNA的5′磷酸二酯键,产生3′-单核苷酸和寡核苷酸。酶的活性取决于Ca2+ ,添加EDTA可使酶完全灭活。相比于DNA上的GC,核酸酶S7切割对富含AT的区域高度特异。
