一般說明

吲哚胺2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)是一种负责将色氨酸转化为犬尿氨酸的酶。IDO在多种组织中表达,并且IDO可以被干扰素γ上调。IDO调节氨基酸色氨酸的水平,这对细胞生长至关重要,但也参与抑制免疫反应。IDO可能参与抑制对肿瘤的免疫反应,阻断IDO途径可能是免疫治疗的潜在靶标。
