應用

采用 Synple 自动合成平台(SYNPLE-SC002)自动标记生物素

特點和優勢

在更高的温度和更大量的生物素试剂条件下,可产生更有效的标记。典型的反应时间为最多4小时,但是如果浓度低或观察到的标记少时,则应使用更长的孵育时间。首先溶解于与水混溶的有机溶剂中,然后在需要时将其稀释在含水反应缓冲液中,从而可实现产品的最高效率。DMSO中的储备溶液可在冰箱中稳定保存3个月。
