脂多糖(LPS)是革兰氏阴性细菌细胞壁的特征成分。LPS及其脂质A部分通过Toll样受体4(TLR4)刺激先天免疫系统的细胞,TLR4是Toll样受体蛋白家族的成员,该家族可识别常见的病原体相关分子模式(PAMP)。

生化/生理作用

LPS是大多数革兰氏阴性细菌细胞壁的主要成分。它是一种高免疫原性抗原,可增强对可溶性抗原的免疫应答。LPS也是小鼠、兔、鸡、牛、仓鼠和人的骨髓源B淋巴细胞的特异性促分裂原。

重構

脂多糖以冻干的γ--辐射粉末形式提供。复溶时,向样品瓶(1 mg)中加1 ml无菌平衡盐溶液或组织培养基,轻轻涡旋,直至粉末溶解。可使用无菌平衡盐溶液或组织培养基将复溶产品进一步稀释至所需工作浓度。
