一般說明
ITS+3液体培养基补充剂是胰岛素、人转铁蛋白(部分铁饱和)和亚硒酸钠、亚油酸和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的混合物。适合无血清细胞培养应用。
應用
ITS+3液体培养基补充剂(100×)作为培养基补充剂已用于:
- 支持人脂肪干细胞(ASC)生长
- 培养猪椎间盘(IVD)细胞和组织
- 培养软骨终板(CEP)细胞
生化/生理作用
- 胰岛素:一种多肽激素,可促进葡萄糖和氨基酸的摄取,可能会影响有丝分裂。
- 转铁蛋白:铁运输蛋白。铁是一种必需微量元素,但游离形式可能有毒。为了滋养培养细胞,可与血清转铁蛋白结合后使用。
- 硒:血清中的一种必需微量元素。
成分
含 1.0 mg/mL 牛胰岛素、0.55 mg/mL 人转铁蛋白(基本上无铁)、0.5μg/ml 亚硒酸钠、470 μg/m亚油酸、470 μg/ml 油酸和50 mg/ml牛血清白蛋白(100x 浓度)。每摩尔白蛋白含有 2 摩尔亚油酸和油酸。
