TBTU和HBTU是固相和溶液相多肽合成中最常用的两种原位活化试剂 [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9]。这些试剂提供的反应性类似于对称酸酐和BOP [1]。耦合顺利进行,甚至可以通过添加HOBt来提高速率 [2,4,5,6]。除了具有高反应性外,TBTU和HBTU还显示出在片段缩合和DMAP催化的精氨酸衍生物酯化过程中限制对映体化 [3]。HBTU 和 TBTU 之间的对比实验表明,反荷离子对偶联率或对映体化水平没有影响 [1]
