Specificity

Reacts with DNA/Histone 1. The antibody can be used to stain nuclei of all species and to identify necrosis. By immunohistochemistry, the antibody shows dense staining of nuclei with no staining of nucleoli observed.

Anti-DNA/Histone H1 Antibody is a high quality Mouse Monoclonal Antibody for the detection of DNA/Histone H1 & has been validated in ELISA, FC, ICC & IHC.
Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL on 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells (10 minutes at room temperature)

Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL on paraformaldehyde or B5 fixed tissue sections.

Flow cytometry: 5-10 μg/mL using 2% paraformaldehyde fixed cells.

ELISA, direct and indirect

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

STAINING PATTERN:

Nuclear staining observed. Dense staining of nuclei. No staining of nucleoli.
