Clone of C63/CRII-4 derived by fusion of primary umbilical cord blood cells with HTLV-1 producing line from adult T cell leukaemia lymphoma patient. Contain defective HTLV-1 genome. In presence of HIV cells fuse to form syncytia. The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.

培地

RPMI 1640 + 2mM グルタミン + 10％ ウシ胎児血清（FBS）

継代と培養方法

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C. Cells grow in aggregates.
