Anti-Anion Exchanger 1 Antibody detects level of Anion Exchanger 1 & has been published & validated for use in ELISA & WB.
Western blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL. AE1 has a molecular weight of approximately 90-100 kDa. It aggregates easily forming dimers and multimers. It may also be proteolytically processed to smaller fragments of 60, 40 and 20 kDa.
ELISA: 1-10 μg/mL using 1 μg/mL control peptide per well.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
