このSnap-N-Spike®標準溶液は、臨床毒性試験から栄養補助食品検査まで、LC/MSまたはGC/MS用途に適しています。

カフェインは活性アルカロイド化合物のクラスに属し、主に約63種の植物の葉、果実、種子に含まれています。カフェインの主な摂取源は、茶葉、チョコレート、栄養ドリンク、ソフトドリンクに加えて、コーヒー豆です。中枢神経刺激物質であり、覚醒を高め、睡眠を減少させる作用があります。

アプリケーション

この認証標準物質（CRM）溶液は、以下の用途にも使用できます：
  • フーリエ変換赤外分光光度測定（FTIR-ATR）と蛍光分光光度測定に基づく2つの方法による、緑色コーヒー豆水溶液中のカフェイン含有量の測定
  • 自動均一液液マイクロ抽出（A-HLLME）によるカフェインの抽出と高速液体クロマトグラフィー-UV検出による5種類の飲料サンプル中のカフェインの定量
  • 紫外可視分光法による粉砕緑色コーヒーサンプル中のカフェインとクロロゲン酸の同時推定
  • ポリ(4-アミノ-3-ヒドロキシナフタレンスルホン酸)で修飾したガラス状炭素電極であるポリ(AHNSA)/GCEを用いた、矩形波ボルタンメトリーによるコカコーラ、ペプシ、茶サンプル中のカフェインとパラセタモールの多成分一斉定量
  • 硫化スズ(SnS)-二酸化チタン(TiO2)-酸化グラフェン（GO）複合改質ガラス状炭素電極上に構築された電気化学センサーを用いた、パラセタモール、トリプトファン、カフェインのサイクリックボルタンメトリーおよび示差パルスボルタンメトリーに基づく検出と定量分析を、別々にかつ同時に実施
