Amano Lipase M from Mucor javanicus has been used:
- as a component in calcium alginate beads or immobilization to study its efficiency and stability in the biocatalytic synthesis of butyl butyrate in aqueous media
- as a component in calcium alginate beads for transmission electron microscope (TEM) imaging
- in immobilization to study its efficiency in ester synthesis and to evaluate its catalytic behavior
- in catalyzing Michael addition reactions of pyrimidine derivatives to disaccharide acrylates
