一般說明

Spectrum植物总RNA试剂盒利用了裂解液、结合化学反应法以及方便的柱式“结合-洗涤-洗脱”形式,可在大约30分钟内从100 mg组织中纯化出多达100 μg总RNA。典型得率范围为20–60 μg。

在液氮中将组织研磨成细粉末之后,细胞裂解,细胞残渣通过物理和化学方法与内源性RNA分离。随后,RNA结合到柱式支撑硅胶底物上,经过几遍洗涤去除污染物。

从柱上洗脱总RNA,然后在Northern杂交、RT-PCR和qRT-PCR等常规应用中使用。
