盐酸阿比多尔（ARB）是一种小分子单眼用化合物。用于预防流感病毒（IFV）诱导的重症肺炎和病毒相关细胞因子失调。ARB还具有一些免疫调节特性，包括干扰素诱导和巨噬细胞活化的作用。
阿比多尔是一种广谱抗病毒药，已证明对多种包膜和非包膜病毒具有活性，并在临床上用于治疗流感。阿比多尔抑制病毒进入宿主细胞并刺激免疫反应。阿比多尔抑制病毒衣壳与靶细胞的细胞膜之间的融合，从而防止病毒进入。
阿比多尔是一种抗流感抗病毒药。
