HIS-Select®镍亲和凝胶强大耐用,可在高流速下捕获带组氨酸标签的重组蛋白。带组氨酸标签的重组蛋白可在天然或变性条件下结合。
HIS-Select®镍亲和凝胶是用于纯化组氨酸标签蛋白的固定化金属离子亲和色谱(IMAC)产品。特制四齿NTA螯合基团与镍琼脂糖珠之间特有的无电荷亲水性连接可确保在蛋白纯化中对小到中等大小的组氨酸标签蛋白呈现高选择性,同时又能降低与其他蛋白的非特异性结合。HIS-Select镍亲和凝胶对组氨酸标签蛋白具有选择性,对其他蛋白则只有较低的非特异性结合。选择性可通过在色谱过程中加入咪唑调节。

應用

HIS-Select®镍亲和凝胶用于纯化重组蛋白,如EF手型钙结合蛋白(S100A14)、 LIM同源框转录因子1α蛋白、sigma-1受体以及harpin蛋白、稳定蛋白1(SP1)和BCR-ABL融合蛋白。
