原則

在本试剂盒中,转化酶活性通过偶联酶试验测定,转化酶将蔗糖裂解为葡萄糖和果糖,得到比色 (570 nm)/荧光 (λex= 535 /λem= 587nm) 的产物,与存在的转化酶活性成正比。一个单位的转化酶是在测定条件下在 pH 4.5 下每分钟催化形成 1.0μmole 葡萄糖的酶量。
