生化／生理作用

α2-巨球蛋白（α2M）是一种多功能蛋白，是一种广谱蛋白酶抑制剂。α2M 是一种大的同型四聚体糖蛋白（720 kDa），由二硫键连接的二聚体连接，二聚体通过非共价相互作用形成四级结构。α2M 存在于正常血浆中，浓度为 220-230 mg/dl，占总血浆蛋白的 3-5%。
