异硫氰酸荧光素 (FITC) 是一种荧光素衍生物(荧光染料),用于标记抗体,包括二抗,用于基于荧光的测定和程序。FITC 激发波长为 495 nm,发射波长为 521 nm。
当对照纯化的结合 κ 轻链(人 IgA、IgG 和 IgM)和游离 κ 轻链(Bence Jonesκ 骨髓瘤)进行检测时,抗人 κ 轻链(结合和游离)−FITC 抗体对人 κ 轻链具有特异性蛋白)。结合物不与结合或游离 λ 轻链反应。
