FN 是一种二聚体蛋白，通过C末端的两个二硫键连接起来。在纤连蛋白结构内部，结构域在接近肽链的氨基和羧基末端的位置紧密排布。此外，研究人员观察到，尽管来源于单个基因，在人体中鉴定出了多达20个不同的基因变异体。

應用

纤连蛋白被应用于测定人血浆H2O2 的消耗速率。它也被用于包被细胞培养用Sylgard® 模型。它也被用于细胞黏附和将蛋白质直接印在聚合膜上。

生化／生理作用

纤连蛋白的功能涵盖各种生物过程，包括细胞粘附、生长、迁移、伤口愈合、凝血和转移。 纤连蛋白在细胞附着和扩散、细胞骨架控制、细胞形态和分化等方面发挥着重要作用。FN1还参与细胞外基质的形成、止血和血栓形成。FN1基因突变可导致肾小球病变。

準備報告
