生化／生理作用
己烯雌酚是一种具有致癌性质的合成雌激素。它能导致叙利亚仓鼠患肾透明细胞癌。它能导致人类患乳腺癌、阴道和宫颈的透明细胞腺癌（CCA）以及生殖异常的风险增加。可用于治疗前列腺癌，阻止睾酮的产生。
