3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)是过氧化物酶的显色底物。经由过氧化物酶氧化,转化成不溶性沉淀物。
應用
3,3′-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)增强型液体底物系统(四盐酸盐)可用于:
- 检测稻叶中的过氧化氢
- 作为兔过氧化物酶的底物,用于小鼠脑切片的免疫组化
- 肌肉源性干细胞(MDSCs)的免疫细胞化学
DAB(3,3′-二氨基联苯胺四盐酸盐)双组分增强液底物系统是过氧化物酶的沉淀底物系统。DAB 双组分液体底物系统会产生棕色沉淀,可用于免疫组织学和免疫印迹染色程序。
注意
在 2-8℃ 下储存于原容器中时可稳定储存长达 18 个月。
