準備報告

将29 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中。 加热至沸腾，以完全溶解培养基。分装到试管或瓶子中，并在121°C下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。新鲜配制或加热至沸腾，使用前冷却培养基。
