Allgemeine Beschreibung

Formaldehyd-d2, isotopisch markierte Lösung von Formaldehyd.

Anwendung

Formaldehyd-d2-Lösung wird bei der Synthese von dimethylierten Peptiden eingesetzt. Sie wird auch zur Quantifizierung von Antigenen in Vakzinprodukten eingesetzt.
Stabile Isotopenmethyl-Markierung hat zur Quantifizierung von Antigenen in Grippeimpfstoffen geführt. Dieses Produkt wird auch in der globalen Antigenquantifizierung verschiedener Arten von proteinbasierten Impfstoffen und von Fertigungszwischenprodukten verwendet.
