重構

搅拌以使6.7g酵母氮源基础粉末和5 g葡萄糖悬浮在100 mL水中，制成10倍浓缩液。必要时加热以帮助溶解。过滤消毒，并2-8℃条件下储存。

向900mL无菌水中加入100mL浓缩液，将10倍浓缩液稀释成1倍工作溶液。
