GenomePlex ® WGA再扩增试剂盒已用于生产用地高辛-11-dUTP 标记的DNA探针（μBm-探针和μBsm-探针）。它也被用于重新扩增wga2扩增的基因组DNA，产生>10 μg gDNA，以进行微阵列杂交。
