3,3′5-三碘-L-甲状腺原氨酸可用于胰岛素样生长因子I的检测,采用双抗体放射免疫分析法。该产品还可用于293T细胞的 体外 转染。

生化/生理作用

3,3′5-三碘-L-甲状腺原氨酸也称为O-(4-羟基-3-碘苯)-3,5-二碘-L-酪氨酸或T3,是具有生物活性的甲状腺激素。在甲状腺功能减退症中,三碘腺苷能增强情绪和神经心理功能。本品对肝脏FGF21表达也有正向调节作用并通过提高许多代谢酶(如用于氧化磷酸化的己糖激酶、肝脏葡萄糖6-磷酸酶以及线粒体酶)的水平,促进葡萄糖、脂肪和蛋白质的代谢分解。此外,该产品可促进儿童正常身体生长,并对胎儿中枢神经系统的成熟至关重要。
