生化/生理作用
唑来膦酸(唑来膦酸盐)是一种双膦酸盐骨吸收抑制剂,是基焦磷酸(FPP)合成酶的抑制剂,其会导致破骨细胞活性的下游抑制并减少骨吸收和转换。它已被用于治疗绝经后的骨质疏松症,佩吉特病、高钙血症,并结合癌症化疗以治疗已经扩散到骨骼的癌症引起的骨损伤。
