天麻素是一种酚性糖苷,是中药复方天麻的主要活性成分。天麻素可以穿透血脑屏障,并被认为具有抗缺氧的神经保护作用。同时还已知可降低海马组织中γ-氨基丁酸分流酶的免疫反应性。传统意义上,传统上,天麻素还已知可有效治疗头痛、眩晕、头晕和抽搐障碍。除具有抗惊厥作用外,它还具有抗癫痫、抗焦虑、抗炎和抗肥胖作用。天麻素也有助于学习和记忆刺激。
