一般說明

每个胶囊含有500单位的葡萄糖氧化酶(Aspergilus niger)、100个purpurogallin单位的过氧化物酶(辣根)和缓冲盐。该反应产生棕色的氧化邻联茴香胺。在425-475nm处测量的棕色强度与原始葡萄糖浓度成比例。

生化/生理作用

準備報告

将1个胶囊PGO酶的内容物加入到琥珀色瓶中的100mL水中,制备PGO酶溶液。将瓶子颠倒几次,轻轻摇动溶解。PGO酶溶液应储存在2-8°C。除非产生浑浊,否则溶液可稳定保存长达1个月,在-20°C下至少可保存6个月。
