一般說明

特異性

免疫原

源自小鼠p38MAP激酶(氨基酸343-360,N端添加赖氨酸)C端的合成肽K-DEVISFVPPPLDQEEMES作为免疫原。 该序列在人和大鼠p38MAP激酶中高度保守。

應用

抗p38MAP激酶抗体已用于使用NIH 3T3小鼠成纤维细胞裂解物和大鼠脑提取物的蛋白质印迹法(1:1000稀释)。它也用于微阵列。
