生化/生理作用

成分

层粘连蛋白是一种细胞外基质多结构域三聚体糖蛋白,并且是支持粘附、增殖和分化的基底膜的主要非胶原组分。 层粘连蛋白是由通过多个二硫键连接的A、B1和B2链组成。使用胃蛋白酶处理和免疫亲和层析,层连蛋白产品从人胎盘纯化获得。 SDS-PAGE在50kDa和130-160kDa得到两条主要条带。

準備報告

该产品是在含有150 mM NaCl的50 mM Tris-HCl中以0.5 mg/mL的浓度提供。 它被0.2μm过滤。在使用前在2-8°C将该溶液缓慢解冻以避免形成凝胶。 作为一种涂层溶液,在灭菌平衡盐溶液中稀释,涂层结构表面有最小体积,在37℃培育2小时。 在细胞铺板之前用PBS洗涤3次。层粘连蛋白可储存在2-8°C达一个月。
