成分

玻连蛋白是一种存在于血浆和组织中的糖蛋白,并且是血浆中与纤连蛋白结合的主要细胞粘附蛋白之一。玻连蛋白的 N-末端残基与生长调节素 B 相同,随后的序列是与特定细胞表面受体相互作用的 R-G-D 序列。玻连蛋白的中心结构域富含疏水残基。C 末端附近是富含精氨酸的区域,具有肝素结合活性。

注意

该冻干品应在 2-8℃ 下干燥储存。在这些条件下,它可以稳定至少 2 年。等分试样应储存在 -20°C 或 -70°C,但应避免反复冻融。

準備報告

该产品作为细胞培养物检测的冻干品(来自缓冲盐水)。由于玻连蛋白对亲水表面具有强亲和力,建议在操作过程中使用聚丙烯容器。每瓶产品可以重悬于 1mL 水中。然后应使用 0.2μm 膜对储备溶液进行过滤灭菌,等分并冷冻以便长期保存。
