一般說明

牛丙种球蛋白(BGG)是奶牛和其他牛类免疫系统的重要组成部分。BGG 存在于牛的血液中,主要用于生产疫苗、血清和诊断试剂等医疗制品。BGG 还可用于治疗乙肝等疾病,以及增强人类和其他动物的免疫力。

應用

牛γ-球蛋白已被用于研究富含蛋白质的透明质酸溶液的成分和pH变化,而这些会影响到人工关节的生物学特性。它也可通过直接生物传感器SPR免疫检测测定牛初乳和牛奶中的免疫球蛋白G。
