研究领域:细胞信号传导。GSK3B(糖原合成酶激酶3β)是GSK3酶的两种同工异构体之一,两者由不同的基因编码。该蛋白主要存在于细胞质中,但细胞核和线粒体中也有发现。它是一种蛋白质-丝氨酸激酶。该蛋白核心含有一个蛋白激酶结构域,由482个氨基酸组成,分子量为46,712Da。它在组织中表达范围广,在脑组织中表达量最高。
應用
His标记的人类活性GSK3已被用作tau蛋白体外超磷酸化的孵育介质。
生化/生理作用
