應用
Earle′s平衡盐溶液已用于培养单层Caco-2细胞以诱导饥饿反应，可搭配HEPES缓冲液检测胰蛋白酶处理细胞中的NADPH氧化酶活性。也用于处理CEM RES细胞，进行氨基酸缺乏实验。
其他說明
