一般說明

牛血清白蛋白(BSA)是一种蛋白质,最关键的生物学作用是调节血液的胶体渗透压。BSA广泛用于各种研究和应用。BSA由583个氨基酸组成, 是一种水溶性蛋白质,分子量为66,430 Da。六个α-螺旋形成了BSA的三个同源结构域。它可依赖于pH进行可逆的构象异构化。蛋白的天然结构在加热时会变得具有反应性和灵活性。
