一般說明

牛胰 α-糜蛋白酶 (BPC) 可催化 Povarov 反应制备四氢喹啉衍生物。牛胰 α-糜蛋白酶 (CHT) 是一种酶蛋白。已报道乙醇、1,4-二恶烷和乙腈等不同浓度的有机溶剂对 CHT 的影响。
胰凝乳蛋白酶(Chy)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶。它的分子量为25.7kDa,广泛应用于医药行业。它由胰凝乳蛋白酶原合成,这种转化过程需要钙。

應用

生化/生理作用

α-牛胰腺胰凝乳蛋白酶通过Ca2+实现稳定并且催化肽键的水解,尤其氨基酸酪氨酸、苯基丙氨酸、色氨酸以及C端亮氨酸。α-胰凝乳蛋白酶受Cu2+和Hg的抑制。
一种丝氨酸蛋白酶,能将与芳香烃或其他大型疏水性侧链(Tyr、Trp、Phe、Met、Leu)结合的肽从键的羧基端水解。
