(24R)-24,25-二羟基维生素 D3(或称司骨化醇)在肾脏中产生。它是活性最高的维生素D形式之一,同时也是必需的循环维生素D3代谢产物。

應用

(24R)-24,25--二羟基维生素D3已被用于评估在原代人间充质干细胞(hMSC)的成骨细胞分化过程中,其与1α,25(OH)2D3的功能比较。

生化/生理作用

(24R)-24,25-二羟基维生素D3在钙和磷的稳态中起关键作用。(24R)-24,25--二羟基维生素D3与1α25(OH)2D3一起刺激骨代谢。
