生化/生理作用
Pseudomonas amyloderamosa是异淀粉酶的常用生产菌种。在表面活性剂的存在下,异淀粉酶可用于生产一系列麦芽寡糖。异淀粉酶可在琼脂糖、纤维素和生玉米淀粉组成的多糖基质上固化。
催化 (1-6)- α 的水解糖原、支链淀粉及其 β 中的 -D-糖苷键-极限糊精。
