一般說明
普鲁兰多糖时一种线性葡聚糖多糖，由 α-1,4-麦芽三糖重复单元组成。它由类似酵母菌的真菌 黑酵母菌 产生，该真菌来源于淀粉，且两个麦芽糖单元由 α-1,6键连接。
應用
这套分析标准品也可用于以下实验：
- 在使用高效体积排除色谱法（HPSEC）估测海藻— S. latissima 和 M. stellatus中多糖部分的分子量时，用于校准聚合物基色谱柱
