氢氟酸（HF）是浓度为 48% 的 HF 水溶液。它本质上具有弱酸性。含水氢氟酸主要用于蚀刻半导体中的硅和生产无机氟化物。HF也可用作氟化剂和脱保护剂。作为氟化剂，它还与有机碱形成配合物。
應用
