苯基次膦酸乙酯是一种有机磷化合物。在钯-1,2-双（二苯基膦基）乙烷络合物（催化剂）的存在下，它可与末端炔烃进行区域选择性的Markovnikov加成反应。 苯基次膦酸乙酯是Inezin（S-苄基-O-乙基苯基膦硫醇盐）在紫外照射下的光分解产物。 它可以通过在吡啶存在下使次膦酸与氯甲酸乙酯反应来制备。 使用 乙基三甲基甲硅烷基苯基亚膦酸酯或相应的三甲基锡烷基酯对其进行乙基化已有报道。据报道，它可以在保持构型的情况下与乙烯进行自由基加成。
應用
