生化／生理作用
磷酸二酯酶I可破坏磷酸二酯键并催化各种核苷酸多磷酸盐的水解。 磷酸二酯酶I是由磷脂酰肌醇特异性磷脂酶C从真核质膜释放的。磷酸二酯酶I（PDEI）可以水解3′,5′-环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）和3′,5′-环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）。它与Ca2+/钙调蛋白 （CaM）结合，从而刺激其催化活性。PDEI是一种生物治疗剂，用于治疗癌症、心脏病、肺病、代谢疾病、神经认知异常、肾病、内分泌异常和神经系统疾病。
